12-5-9 Slo-Cote 45-60 Day Formula is a balanced multi-nutrient fertilizer containing the unique methylene urea form of slow-release nitrogen combined with a carefully selected ratio of soluble nutrients. It also contains special horticultural grade micronutrients. The product is designed for use on newly planted or established container grown and field grown ornamentals. Do not fertilize dry plants.
