AQUASTAIN is a water-borne acrylic, penetrating, semi-transparent stain designed for coloring Xcel Surfaces overlayments, concrete and cementitious substrates. This penetrating, semi-transparent stain possesses excellent color stability, ultraviolet, alkaline and pollution resistance. This is a genuine Xcel Surfaces product.
